For some reason when I double-click on the "My Computer" Icon the window comes up but instead of saying "My Computer" it has the icon and then under it it says

%THISDIRNAME%

So It dosent know anything, lol and Where there should be icons it has that red "X" as if it was trying to open a picture and it cant. I can even get the Start Menu to star up and also the Desktop icon in the "QuickTray" has the Windows logo instead of the Desktop logo.

The command line should be:
SCANREG /RESTORE (note the space before the slash).

This may not fix this problem, though. If not, do a Windows re-install "over the top".
