Almost every time I log on to the internet and fire up my web browser I explorer (the desktop, not the browser) crashes. I can recover but lose all the little icons near the clock, most annoying. Any ideas?

I have this same problem, with the explorer error then losing all the icons in the system tray. The only thing different is I cant reproduce the error, sometimes it happens twice in a 5 min period, sometimes runs fine for hours regardless of what apps I'm running. (Can be looking thru folders and it will happen)
Let me know if you find anything!
