Every so often at random I get the EXPLORER crash error, then all the items in the taskbar (ICQ) disapear.
It doesnt seem to happen after any specific task, but ALWAYS as I click on something.
Sometimes it happens when browsing thu folders using MY COMPUTER, sometimes just browsing the internet, clicking MP3's, ect.
I've re-installed windows, totally including FDISK, FORMAT, SCANDISK, all that buisness. WIN98SE
I've also added memory, no change.
AMD 650 Slot A, ABIT K7-100, 320MB PC133
NVIDIA Riva TBT2 16MB, bla bla.
Thank you all!

you might want to disable active desktop if enabled.
also you might not want to have programs running all the time in the tray on the taskbar.

also here is a nice little program that can be alot of help.
you can use it in this case to see what's running often and then maybe find away to turn it off.
I had a sound card mixer that was causing problems.
