Ok, here's the scoop. One of our employees, using Netscape, has associated the extension .exe to be opened with winzip32.exe. This is a Windows 95 machine.

Try My Computer > View > File Types .. look for an entry for an EXE and delete... if not it is probably housed in the registry and you should just be able to restore the registry (instructions in Windows 95 manual)
Good luck!

if you can download a file get this one from my web site http://members.theglobe.com/ironman28/exe.reg
boot to DOS mode and type regedit.exe exe.reg
this should fix it if it doesnt email me back

Backup the registry and/or export the keys.
Copy and paste between the lines into Notepad, name one exe.reg, the other exefile.reg, save to your desktop. Double-click to merge into the registry.

I have various programs that require "winzip32exe." to open. I deleted the EXE file as suggested, did not work. Where can I fin this program?. Your help is greately appreciated.
