Excel Freezes OE 0167:BFF744FE

Hello.
I am having an issue of Excel freezing as soon as I try to open it. It gives me a fatal exception at 0167:BFF744FE. I have reinstalled Office and run SFC and neither has helped. I can't remember adding any new software or changing any settings when this starting happening.
One thing you can try Jeni is using regedit, goto HK_Local_Machine +Software +Microsoft +Office +8.0 Check your install folders and make sure you have the correct path for Excel.
