Comment:
My PC is configured for 2 user profiles. When I load Excel in my profile it is displaying the decimal point as a comma, ie European style. This does not happen on the other user profile. Does anyone now how I can correct this please?

Hey Charlie Check in Control Panel and Regional Settings. In Number tab, you can see what the decimal symbol is set as. Firstly, make sure you have set the correct country on the first tab ( Regional Settings ) and then the correct symbol will probably be automatically fixed. Good luck...Krystyna

Thanks Krystyna, that did the trick! I had been looking at all the settings in Excel itself without any luck.
Thanks again, and all the best.
