Try one of these depending on keybooard layout:

UK United Kingdom AltGr+4
USX US-International AltGr+5

If you have any other come back I have a list of them all somewhere...

If you're goung to use ALT+0128, be sure to use the Numeric Pad! CTRL+ALT+e seems better for me.
