The program has corrupted files. Uninstall the program and reinstall it.

Windows sucks... simple as that. I've used MACs for years and never have I had such an annoying screen pop up. Don't get me wrong... I have PCs too, and I like them... I just don't like Windows. LINUX BABY... LINUX!
Reboot THEN empty the folder, wins may think they are sill in use
I don’t empty my IE.Temp folder cus all my favorite sites are there
Which means I can sill browse them offline which is handy cus I have to pay for my time online at local rate
