Sometimes when my computer hangs...
I have to restart...
then this stupid Norton Disk Doctor thing will show up trying to scan my disk...
and while scanning suddenly this error will appear...Error [35] General Protection Fault at C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\SCANDISK.ALT
WITH LOADS OF NUMBERS AFTER THAT.Then windows 98 will continue starting...
I had uninstalled Norton System Works already... and left only Norton Anti Virus...
I really want to get rid of the Norton Disk Doctor to get back the scandisk which came with a big blue screen and all that...Sometimes when NDD runs after my computer shuts down improperly... it will have this red screen=>
Out of Memory. Remove resident drivers. and it stops running and windows 98 continue to start.
I hate this NDD thing....i have uninstalled Norton System Works already but why is NDD still there?
FED UP! :(
Help Me Pls...

Try doing a complete uninstall. Some items may have to be deleted manually. You may also have to go into the registry and delete all the entries pertaining to Norton.
