Hi! My computer gets completely frozen at startup with a fatal error in MSGSRV32.exe. This has been happening since I ran the Internet Connection Wizard. I reinstalled Windows 95 and the problem disappeared. Then I tried again the ICW and the problem came back, exactly like before. Has anyone already had this problem? I use Internet Explorer 3.0 and a US Robotics 56K-modem. I've already tried many things, such as reinstalling IE or uninstalling the modem, but it didn't work... I'd be very grateful if anyone could help me!

When i start my PC and all icons arrived i need to make ctrl alt supp to go on because msgsrv32 no answer. I use win 98se and i have BX6v2 PIII 450 128sdram ATI128 ragepro pci128 and all in scsi uwscsi iwill and Plextor scsi CD/cdrw hd seagate 6.4 uwscsi.what do you know to help me if something is wrong.

when i'm a few minutes online . i've got the same problem as the other other people have. i have to do ctrl - alt - del . then i have to in ducht "taak beeindigen" then the computer go further with his job on the internet. that is not so good! some people how i know they don't have that problem . I have this problem with win98 since I have bought an ATI All In Wonder 128 ... The unique solution I found for the moment is reinstalling win98 each 20 to 30 days when this message about this msgsrv32.dll appear ... But under win 95 there are no problems ...
