Comment:
I recently had to reinstall Windows 95. When I enter windows I receive an Error Starting Program message. It says: The LOADWC.exe file is linked to missing export SHLWAPI.DLL:wnsprintfA
What does this mean? Can I fix it? It occurs everytime I start windows.
