I recently had to reinstall Windows 95. When I enter windows I receive an Error Starting Program message. It says: The LOADWC.exe file is linked to missing export SHLWAPI.DLL:wnsprintfA

What does this mean? Can I fix it? It occurs everytime I start windows.

The loadwc command is linked to IE. It is load web check. Thats all I can tell you.You may want a newer version of IE or reinstall IE.

If this occurred after installing IE5 or 5.5, go to Start>Settings>ControlPanel>Add/Remove Programs, scroll down until you see Microsoft Internet Explore 5 & Internet Tools. Click the Add/Remove and choose repair IE.
