i've problem on copy & paste anything on my computers. i always have a message pop up when all drivers loaded. and the following message popup.

"Error starting program - The LOADWC.exe file is linked to missing export SHLWAPI.DLL:wnsprintfA."

everything works find accept i can't drag or move the icon in the desktop, i even can't copy anything at all.

Dear Eddie:

Go to:
http://www.windowsdrivers.com/dll/index.html

I checked it out...just enter the term

shlwapi.dll

Into the search box, click and it will bring up three ftp sites to download this dll.
Download the dll to your c:\windows\system
sub-directory. If it asks you if you want to overwrite the old file, say YES.

Reboot your system for the new copy of the dll to take effect. This should fix the problem.

i have a problem which reads as follows when i try to start Encarta:
c:/program files/microsoft reference/encarta encylopedia/enc.98.exe
a device attached to the system is not functioning.

the winnet.dllfile is linked to missing export shlwapi.ddl:wnsprintfa.

can you help?

When I start up my computer my desktop will apair plus I will get a message that says I have an "error starting program .dllfile,msvbvm60.dll"

The procedure entry point wnsprintfA could not be located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll

This is the error when i logon to my computer. I'm using a workstation with Windows NT4.0 (Service Pack 6a). I think that it's Internet Explorer but i'm out off ideas.
