I've some programs that display the same error when I try to execute them. The error says: "Can't load or register costum control "WINSCK.OCX"".
Does anybody know what can I do to resolve this?

Cannot register Winsock OCX , take your pick .
Install ActiveX, which will install this file and several others that
you may need in the future, and also register them. Get it at:samarac.hfactorx.org/Filez/activex602.zip
Or download ,
(v1.0)ocxreg10.zip - OCX RegTool v1.0
Quickly and easily register and unregister
OCX and DLL files in the System Registry.
Freeware. VB4 Runtime required.

Go to free downloads , then
DllRegister.reg. Free
Register or Unregister DLL & OCX files by right clicking on them.

OR...if the winsock.ocx file is already present in your Windows System file, you can drag and drop it to the regsvr32.exe icon. You should get a message saying that mswinsock.ocx successfully registered.

If like Vod said, you already have the file present or even if you do not know , you can do it multiple ways.
First you can, go to Start, then Run and type in regsvr32 winsck.ocx. Now if the file is present then you should get a message saying that it succeeded.
If the file is not present , then you can do a search for it, or you can go to this site:
http://dark.web1000.com/runners.htm
or
http://dark.web1000.com/
(ignore the porn, at the bottom there is a funnel looking thing hold your mouse over the one that shows files in the status bar of your browser.)Now once you have downloaded the file. Make sure you save it to your windows\system folder, if your hard drive is labeled C: like most then it should be this
C:\Windows\System
Once you have the file in there, you can do the Start\Run option or just go to Start\Programs\MS-DOS Prompt.
Once in the MS-DOS Prompt, you type
cd C:\Windows\System
This will change you directory to Windows\System folder.
now just type in
regsvr32 winsck.ocx
