Hello,
Everytime I try to open more than one EXplorer, it says I have an error and it shuts down both of them. Then it says if I want to send an error report. How can I fix this? I tried just opening one Explorer but after awhile, I get the same message and it shuts down. Please help!!

Carol,

One thing you may want to try is running scandisk on your computer, run the standard but go into the advanced option and make sure that akk the options are checked, example: Lost file fragments should be set to free, cross linked files should be set to delete, to make it simple, make sure all the dots are set to the top option, and under check files for: make sure both options are checked. This should help, if not, upgrade your browser http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?releaseid=42706&area=top&ordinal=4

Scroll to the bottom and select ie6setup.exe

Just to make sure ... Is this MS Explorer or Internet Explorer?

It is internet Explorer. I ran the scandisk and there were no errors, and I downloaded the most recent explorer. I'm still having the same error message? Please help

Since you said you are using the most recent IE, I assume that is IE 6 then. I would suggest downloading the IE 5.5 SP2. I have tried IE 6 but my computer crashed because of it. When I downgrade to IE5.5, everything becomes fine again.

Ok, I will try that. Do I have to remove version 6.0 after I download version 5.5? or do I download the service pack of 5.5? I'm confused!
