Thank you in advance,
Supreme

What firewall are you using, Supreme?
If it is ZoneAlarm there are issues at sign on and, sometimes, with web surfing with AOL. Whatever your firewall, try turning it off while you sign up - you can always turn it back on when connected - see what difference it makes. ZoneAlarm can also, with AOL, make life difficult when surfing eBay's site for example.

Ray,
Thank you so much for responding. I use MacAfee. The great part of this response is, my problem was fixed.
A friend of mine suggested that I browse this site for the answer and "wallah", I found it. YAY!!
The solution was written by Random on November 28th, 2002 under the Subject: Error Message Help Please.
Here it is..
Go to Start, Click Run, Type in REGEDIT
Back up Registry, Go To HKEY_LOCAL MACHINES, Go To System, Go To Current Control Set, Go Services. Delete the Winsock and Winsock 2 File.Go into Add/Remove Programs, Windows Set Up, Select Communications, and click Details.
Uncheck Dial Up-Networking, Click Okay and Restart the PC
After back in, go and check to see if the files are definately gone.
The Navigation Cancelled Errors are probably caused by Corruption of the TCP/IP.
Remove it from the network Configuration by right-clicking My Network Places and hitting Properties, then selecting anything including TCP/IP and hitting remove.
Close out and Restart
Go back in and click Add. Select Protocol and click Add, Select Microsoft of the manufacturer and TCP/IP and protocol. Click Okay, Close out and Restart.
Now mind you..I stopped after I unchecked my dial up networking. When I went to restart AOL after restarting my PC, AOL adjusted its self automatically. Also, I am using 6.0 now instead of 7.0.
Thank you for your suggestion and concern, Ray.I am going to go grow my hair back.. :o)
