Following some other difficulties with my computer, I went to Tools, Windows Update and updated all the files it suggested were available. Since then, I get an error message stating "Your computer may not have a sound card or the sound card may not have been installed properly." Until I did the windows update, my sound worked just fine! Please help! Thanks, Michelle

Look in device manager and see if it gives you any details as to what may be wrong with it. Try downloading the latest drivers for your sound card from the company's website and installing them.
