Hi can anyone help i tried to install Norton antivirus 2002 it downloaded ok but when the setup widard came on it came up with an error box saying error line 323 char 2 error unspecified error code 0 url res:\\c:/programmepercentage20files/nortonpercentage20antivirus/csgwizexe\cfgwizardroadmaphtm then it says do you want to continue running scripts on this page yes or no i've pressed yes and pressed no but i cannot proceed any further hence i cant use norton antivirus thanks

sorry spelling mistake setup wizard not widard also i've checked disable script debugging and unchecked display a notification about every script thanks

Could be the download got corrupted. I think you can contact Norton and they'll give you number key for another download if you explain what happend. Spelling correctly is not a requirement here. Most of us can't read anyways. :) Larry

What O.S are you using? 95? 98? Secondly. What version of IE are you using? 4.0? 5.0? 5.5? Try Going to Microsoft.com and make sure you have all of the updates you need for your O.S. And Make sure you have all the updates for IE. Or upgrade to 5.5. It's all free, from Microsoft. If that doesn't work then you may have to download an older version of Norton to get it to install, and then go online to Symantec and update your AV software after install is complete. Good Luck.
