Gang,
"Error Loading Progman.exe" is pretty easy to get around, actually.
You should have already formatted your C: drive, and it should be blank, or have just 'command.com' and nothing else on it.
1. Make sure your floppy disk has 'xcopy32.exe' and 'xcopy32.mod' on it. 2. Go to the C:\ drive. Make a new directory like this: md win98 (example) 3. Go to your CD-ROM drive. With your xcopy32 disk in the A: drive, type: "a: xcopy32 /s *.* c:\win98". (This copies EVERY file and directory from the Win9x CD to the directory on the C: drive.) 4. Remove your CD from the drive. 5. Go to the C: drive, and go into your win98 (or whatever) directory. Type SETUP. Windows 9x should now begin to install without the PROGMAN error.
