Hello There I am using Win98SE...Internet Explorer 6 Everytime my internet explorer page tries to load...I get an error box stating..Errors on page and when I click on details it says: Errors in Loading DLL...and does not give anymore specifics.As a result my browser won't load...

Firstly run IE Repair. Highlight/Copy/Paste the following into the Run box:
rundll32.exe setupwbv.dll,IE6Maintenance
Go off-line then hit OK button in Run box. If the Repair option is shown then go for it.
If it reports some file or other which is wrong version (see Details) then pop back. Despite MS suggesting you need to reload Windows it is nearly always posssible to solve with the right file.
