error extacting *.rar file

hi, i use winrar program to extract a rar file ,when i extract this file a error appear <crc faild.the file is corrupt>,<unexpected end of archive> and this its not extacted. can someone tell me whay...thanks.

The file is corrupted. Try downloading it again.

Exactly what max said. It's corrupted. Download the file again and if that doesn't work then try to find the file at a different location. If all else fails, you're screwed.
