ok heres what happened, my pc when i bought, was second hand, and the guy said he wiped it clean, however it said that it was running win95, so i tried to boot to windows and it wouldne let me, so i installed win3.1, (lol yes stupid i know)
anyway it installed but when i tried to boot it, it said it was the wrong windows, so out of my own stupidity i deleted my command.com, thus giving me the comman interpreter error, then i downloaded a win95 bootdisk, and now i dont ave enough memory, so i wanna erase my C: drive, so i can start from scratch

can some one help?!?!?!

The preceeding will not work. Boot from a floppy and type format c:
You cannot format c: when you are running on c:

denny, you could execute a format on your primary partition from that same partition, but since Anthony deleted command.com...

As long as you have CD ROM drivers loaded into the memory, you could do an install from a just booted, then deleted OS without a boot floppy. As long as you have an OEM OS to install, and your power doesn't fail.
