Epson C60 won't print

We own a Gateway laptop and a HP desk top. Gateway set this up to work wireless. We both can get the internet from one cable modem. However when I ask the lap top to print nothing happens. I can get the printer to clean itself and print a sample from the cleaning but I can't get it to print from word or wordperfect. Aprreciate any help you can give me since Epson doesn't answer my inqueries

Is your epson printer hooked up usb or parallel? Does the printer work on the hp pc?Are the laptop and the pc hooked up to the epson at the same time? If you are hooked up usb.....do you know what chipset you have? Let me know and I'll get back to you soon!
