Please read the instructions for the Forum and be a little more specific. For my money, I would get a BIC ballpoint pen and write really clearly in large capitals.
Seriously, we need to know from what application, what OS, and what printer you are trying to print to. These would be helpful for a start.

Lots computers have Microsoft office installed. If you have Microsoft Word, go to tools and select envelopes and labels.

Open Word, go to tools/envelopes/single label/ and options to designate the envelope size, insert envelopes in printer's manual feeder (whatever that is). Or you could try the mail merge if you like a challenge. This works well if you want to print a bunch of differenr labels on one sheet and then peel them off and stick them on the envelopes. Use 'label' paper for this.

After we break out the fish costumes, install star office for Linux and try again. This should do the trick.
Seriously, I would agree with the previous postings. If Microsoft Office is being used in Windows 98, select Envelopes and Labels and the correct form type for the envelopes you are trying to use. The form type will be on the box, or may be on the envelope itself.
