Comment:

Set up: Mobo: Asus A7V (200 FSB)

I've gone into the CMOS and changed the configuration for my DVD drive from Auto to CD Rom so that I can change the Ultra DMA from Disable to #5. When I save it to CMOS and perform a POST it either wants me to go back to set up or continuie.

I use Windows SE and when I enable DMA I have to restart. After restarting it is unchecked again.

I've flash the BIOS and installed the new drivers for the 4inone chipset...

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance
