where is enable.vxd it's in C:\win\sys\Vmm32.vxd if you have recently reloaded your O/S from cd-rom disk you may have loaded wrong version of this file if your vendor loaded a later version of OS when they installed it to HDD originally

You already have the driver. You need merely go to Start/Settings/ControlPanel/Add/Remove Programs, Windows Setup tab, and first check(or uncheck) the Accessibility Box. Reboot when prompted, problem solved. :)
