If you have the Windows 95 CD, the drivers are on there.

One thing you have to check before wasting too much time is whether or not the USB function is enabled in the bios. I find more often than not systems pre97 disable the USB in the bios by default. I once tried to install win98 on a PC-Chips M550 motherboard, when the install was done there was an exclamation mark on the USB function in system properties. It turned out that the USB was disabled in the bios but the OS still detected it during install, just could'nt load drivers. When I enabled it and restarted the OS reconfigured it and all was well.
