Hello,
Putting a large file on a empty cd-r is not as simple as it seems to be, at least that is what i discovered:
i had an empty cd-r, and i wanted to burn a movie on it, just the avi format, see it as the large file. But when i putted the cd-r in the burner, the cd-r had been used befor, i discovered it was not empty, but 442 mb already was used. How? There are no files on it, so how can 442 MB be used? How to fix this?
Lot's of thanks for any reply.

Have you tried another blank CD-R?
It's possible that the one you are using previously had files on it that have since been deleted. If so they will still take up space, which is quite normal. Deleted files are still there, just hidden from view.

Get ISO Buster here

it will tell you if there is something on teh CD, and you can even extract it if you wish.

If it's a CD-R you can only put files on it once, there is no way to remove them. If you want this sort of facility you must use a CD-RW (re-writeable).
If you shop around CD-R's are very cheap so I'd just ditch it (unless there is something on it that's important) and use a new one.
