Hello,
To save all your E-Mail messages in Hot mail to a MS-Word document, please follow the steps given below: 1. Select the mail, which you want to save as MS-Word document. 2. Right click on any selected message. 3. Click on the option "Save Target as..". Selected messages will be downloaded and "Save as" dialog box will be displayed. 4. Choose the folder where you want to save the messages. (To overwrite an existing file, provide a new file name in "Save as" dialog box.) 5. Click Save. All your mail messages will be saved as a word document in the specified folder.
