With reference to my previous post and the problem I had gaining access to ebay (receiving error message and internet explorer closing on ebay site). I have resolved the problem, it was a computer virus ! I purchased Norton Anti-virus 2004, installed it, identified a virus and solved the problem. Thanks to everyone who offered help.
