Hi Mike
This is not an isue with the computer. Each time you start the pc from power off state as you have set the bios to auto, it will do that.
When you reset the pc the hardware of the pc is not turned off and therefore the bios still retains its settings.
why is it causing you a problem ?
does the DVD stop working after you restart the PC ?
