i have installed windows 98 second eddition on my computer and i want to use bot operation system windows 95 and windows 98, so please informa me how can i dual boot between windows 95 and windows 98 second edition...

you would need something like
system commander.

Yes,System Commander is the way to go. It's very easy to use.
Here is a list of OS's I currently have installed using SC:

Win NT 4.0
Win 98 SE
Win 2000 Pro
Win XP Pro
Linux Red Hat 7.3
Linux Mandrake 8.1
