I installed Windows XP (an upgrade) from windows ME. But didn't like it and uninstalled it. Now when I start up my computer I'm asked if I want to run Windows XP setup or normal startup. How do I get rid of this screen. Windows ME works fine after I select normal startup. Thanks

you need to edit the boot.ini file. do a search for that file. save to documants. open wordpad. open and bring up the boot.ini file remove the line that includes the win xp booter. then, save the file presto, gone
