I have loaded win95 on C drive and Win98 on the D drive of the same hard disk, but on different partitions. When i started the m/c it loaded win98 directly. How to get the dual mode into effect. Please let me know abt it ASAP.

Thanks
Ramesh

Here's a pretty helpful article. Although I don't know why you would ever want to dual boot Win95 with Win98. Win98 is an upgrade to Win95. But to each his own...

There was web-site:

http://www.webdev.net/orca/

which gave a very neat way to do it; it involved a couple of batch files. Unfortunately tonite/today it seems to be unavailable - hopefully it will re-appear in due course. The site was the "Partition FAQ".

Meantime you could use a boot-manager.

PM6x has Boot-magic;
Xosl.org offers a freebie;
Osloader.com also offers a freebie.

All three get good reports.
