Hey, well recently i have been having some problems on the internet. It all happened when i was on the internet and all of a sudden the internet wasnt working. so i decided to check my D-Link and check my connection status, but to my astonishment it said "Physical Line Error" in the status. At first i thought it was just a random message but has turned into a big problem. I havent been able to go on the net using my fast adsl and now have to use 56k! i then rang them up but they didnt help the only thing they said they would do is tell the main telephone exchanger in Australia, and tell them we get no adsl sync but may not fix it.
My Modem works fine as my line, the actual line it self isnt damaged in any way.

Well "physical lin error" sounds like a problem with your network cable. if you have a router just try replacing the cable. if that doesnt help it may be the cable coming into the router. if that is the case and your house is anything like mine(i have dsl also) u may have network cable going through your walls and crap and that one may be very very hard to replace.
