I have compaq armada 1735d and win 95.When i put a DELL mem stick 128MB the system wants the stick drivers that i cant find.

What do you mean by a "memory stick"? A USB thumbdrive? Win95 OSR 2.1 or OSR 2.5 had limited USB support, versions prior to that had none.

I'm assuming the USB on your computer is already working in a later version of Win 95 - if it isn't already working, if you do have a version of Win 95 that supports USB you have to install the support for it - see the the info at the link jam pointed you to.
jam's link also shows you info that says the later versions of Win 95 that support USB use the same USB driver type as Win 98 (first edition) for USB.
If you have a CD that came with the drive, if there are no drivers for Win 95 (there usually aren't) try using drivers for Win 98 if they are there (they sometimes are), or if not if you can find Win 98 (first edition) drivers for your stick on the manufacturers web site, either might work.If there are no drivers for Win 98 (first edition), or if you try Win 98 drivers and they don't work, you probably can't use the stick unless you upgrade your operating system, preferably to at least 98SE.

Even with Windows 98SE it is hard to get these flash drives to work. The only one I have had success with is Kingson Data Traveller II. Which I recently saw for 1Gig for $9.95. Upgrade... good luck
