Ok I got this device called dm2 mixman whatever but all the time I go to open it it says to plug in usb cable in pc, well its in there but it has something with the driver USB.INF. And for some reason I have to re-install the driver all the time I start up the computer, so help me tell me what I need to do.

Vishal, The drivers, when downloaded, usually come as a .exe file.
Doubleclick it.

You can also find just about any needed driver from the 'Driver Links' link in the left hand column of this page.
