Driver problem

CPU/Ram: AMD Athlon 750 w/ 320MB

I have just upgraded my BIOS and my Motherboard drivers and now all of my perpheral devices (CD ROMS ect.) are not responding just freezing up. What can I do?

Try the Add/remove hardware wizard to see if windows finds any new devices. What kind of chipset and motherboard do you have?
