Driver missing

When i start the machine/boot the machine at that time it says that driver file(i guess pnpdrvr.drv) is missing & gives me option like 1. Uninstall the application which use the driver -OR- 2. Reinstall the application to replace the missing driver file.
It says Press any key to continue.
Where can i find pnpdrvr.drv? Is my guess is right that pnpdrvr.drv is causing the above thing?
