I had the same problem. I borrowed the disks from my friendly Sears store. They were actually for the VPC-G360 Sanyo camera, so they are a software level up from the original.
I NEED THE DRIVER FOR MY SANYO DIGITAL CAMERA VPC-G250. THANK YOU
