try this, I agree, this is a real piece of junk and the support and drivers suck
still don't have mine working with NT Server...

Well, i guess everyone is have some problems with this modle. My computer says the same thing. Its as if its not connected at all. The optic pro web site does not have the downloads anymore, everytime i try to download on that site the page does not open and no one there answers your e-mail.

Hope no one loosed the original software... You can't download any drivers without the original software loaded... That does me a lot of good, I have a new computer and have lost the software... I guess you pay for what you get - crappy product, crappy service, don't buy from this company... Not worth the hassle, cheaper to buy a new scanner than deal with these people…

Hope no one looses the original software... You can't download any drivers without the original software loaded... That does me a lot of good, I have a new computer and have lost the software... My scanner goes step by step like it scanning but when it's done there's no picture display. I know the serivce is crap and I can not get a download update ot the internet. Does anyone have any suggests. Short of puying a new scanner.
