You have to provide some more information for us to help you. With that question, we'd say just install the driver. But with details on your system, the program, any error messages, what happened and when, etc., it will narrow it down a lot. Did you read the readme's and help that came with the program or make sure it will work with your setup before you got it? Did you retrace you steps to find where the problem started or try a reinstall? Go to the manufacturers site? They might have info on that problem. Did you backup your system before installing the program? Very important but never done. Repost with more info if you still can't get it working.

The ModularTech site now has a link to make comments about lack of win2k drivers. Perhaps if we all fill it in.....

when i have to do a reinstall using the mm100 cards (2) it always says it cannot find the bt848.drv file. Why is this when these are the proper and original floppys.
I got round this by unzipping the files within the floppy but surely this is an error on the design of the installation!

i had the same problem of it kept asking me for the bt848drv. i uninstalled every thing and by mistake when i came to reinstall every thing i was connected to the internet. while in was reinstalling the drivers it automatically connected to the windows updates! and hey presto it loaded ok. i have no idea why or how but try reenstalling the drivers whist connected to the internet, i tried dozens of times to koad the drivers both from floppy and the original time cd but had the same problems as every one here.

i have a set of drivers for the pc100tv card ,mm100pctv from Brooktree and i have used them on windows 95,98,se and me and i have still found the best way to set up the drivers is to remove the mm100 from the system properties. go to start, settings, control panel, system, system properties, device manager, sound&video and remove mm100pctv then reboot and windows will set up your tvcard. if asked for drivers lead to your windows cab files on your windows cd. hope this helps someone it works for me every time.
