When I attempt to install an application, before I get anywhere the installer states I need a "userenv.dll" file. I searched my system and cannot find the file. Where can I get the file, freely? Thanks!

Userenv.dll sounds like it's a 'user environment' file and might be unique to each system. Personally, I don't even have it. Could this be an install from a 'copied' game CD?

This sounds like a file located in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM Folder. It is saying this because it is missing. You may be able to find it on your windows CD and then copy it to the location it needs to be with I think it is WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder but im not sure.
