when trying to use my computer it seems to be lagging. sometimes 10 seconds between excution and opening of a program. A couple programs dont work very well like win media player. I cleared out the temp stuff and got rid of some programs to clean up things and also scanned disk [thurough and fix errors options enabled] it said i had like 1,220 or 12,00 files in bad sectors when it usually shows the rsults and normally says 0 files in bad sectors or something like that. Is my HD failing?...I also have a 10 gig as a slave and it was almost full....i got rid of a couple gigs of songs i dodnt want anymore but it wont show the new lower size when i right click on d drive and look at how full it is. still shows 187mb from being full....thanks in advance

That is a very bad sign! I would definetly think about saving as much data as you can and get a new drive.
