I was trying to install the Sims deluxe edition on my computer, but when I entered the disc in to the drive, the autoplay didn’t come up, so I went to Start-Run-D:\start.exe like the guide said. Then the a message popped up that said, “Drive D is not formatted on. Would you like to format it?” I clicked yes. Then another message popped up that said Drive D couldn’t be formatted. I tried inserting the disc again. This time the autoplay came up, so I clicked Install. The game needed 5% more to be installed. Then a message popped up that said, “something something error. The screen went back to the Desktop when I clicked OK. I tried to run it again but the Autoplay didn’t come up. Once again I tried the Start- run thing but the formatting messages came up. I don’t know what to do!
