Heres an odd one, after a nasty crash drag and dropping files into media player or avi peview etc has stopped working, even a scanreg /restore hasnt fixed it. This is a bit of a pain as i use drag and drop a lot to preview files i`m downloading, a virus and trojan scan has found nothing and short of restoring my system from a ghost image I can see no way of getting drag and drop working again. Any suggestions?
Woof

I found the following in my files. I can't verify that it works.
Drag & Drop lost.txt
Cut and paste the text between the lines, using Notepad. Save the file as DRAGFIX.REG and then double click on it to update the registry.

REGEDIT4;Fixes no Drag-n-Drop problem.

I don't know how well this will be formatted, but when you are finished you should have 10 pairs of lines. The first of each starts with [ and ends with ].
The next line starts with @
A blank line is between each pair.
