i cannot drag files or folders from my zip drive into my documents folder on the desktop when i drop the file nothing happens any ideas? ta cummo

Have you tried right clicking on the files and left click on copy, then going to my documents and right clicking on a blank space and left clicking on paste?

You might want to describe exactly what your doing and exactly how your doing it. I just tried it with mine and it works fine, two different ways.

i right click on the file or folder and drag it to the "my docs" window when i drop nothing happens usually you get a menu saying "move here" or "copy here" etc
