Right click, save target as, then pick your folder to put it in.

I believe, once you've download for playing, you can use "File, Save" from the "File, Save as" or Ctrl+S (Windows Media Player 6.4.09.1109)

If you use Download Accelerator in your PC, it will download the file in your HD before you see it. Then when it downloads it, you can play it or record anytime you want.
