Would like to know how to download my favorites
from my old computer so I can load them onto my new computer.

Copy/paste the c:\windows\favorites folder to a floppy diskete.

or within IE go to File Import/Export to save (Export) a copy of your Favorites.

Place it anywhere you can find it on your target machine and perform the same process (Importing) pointing to the file.
