DCC is a Windows component of 95A, so sure, it works. Not the easiest thing to setup though.

Probably you would be better off exploring XP's File Transfer Wizard

You might consider spending a little more and installing an ethernet connection. It can probably be done for less than $30US and will be a many times faster.
