I keep getting error message of "The following system files have been replaced with older versions by a program you recently ran. These files are currently in use and cannot be automatically repaired.
Windows may not run correctly until you exit and restart Windows so that these files can automatically be repaired.
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DDEML.DLL"
I have searched for this particular dll in your help section and cannot find it,
It appears in my system but why am I getting this error message after I have restarted Windows endlessly?

A program you have needs the newer version it seems. You must have installed some software that over wrote this DLL's newer version, now the other program is complaining and you see it at bootup.
If you don't do a lot of program installations, maybe, you could remember a recent program you installed, and reinstalling it again will place the newer dll back in the System folder.
